The leash is built with NeoPro™ rubber overlay that protects the underlying polyester making it extremely weather proof and super easy to clean. The rubber skull is made from Melissa's 100% cruelty-free, vegan rubber and has the iconic bubblegum fragrance. The padded handle makes this leash makes it comfortable to hold and the super hook with a screw lock allows for an effortless and safe walking experience.
